This is where the image of the purple plant leads back 💜 which grows mainly in Mediterranean regions. It could be defined as the spice with a thousand uses: antiseptic and analgesic, perfumed essence, relaxing essential oil. Its small flowers lend themselves very well to drying processes, best preserving the scents of the fresh plant.
Lavender adapts best to arid and stony soils and, in recent years, has entered the list of ingredients in the kitchen by right.
