On the balcony or on the window!
Not everyone is lucky enough to have a vegetable garden within walking distance of the kitchen. We think of cities, where having a vegetable garden is often a privilege of a few. And when we do get it, it's usually not quite close to home. While we are cooking at a certain point we realize that the special ingredient, essential for the success of the main dish, is rosemary 🌱 , sage 🌱 , thyme 🌱 or basil 🌱 remained in the garden or at the greengrocer's… but we need it now! A vase on the balcony, placed in the most sheltered area, with the indispensable aromas, is able to do us a great service even in the winter period with a minimum expense.
