Lemonade with aromatic herbs.

500 ml of apple juice 🍏
2-3 tablespoons of agave syrup
basil 🌱

lemon balm 🌱
mint 🌱
2 lemons 🍋 🍋
sparkling or still water

In a saucepan, heat the apple juice with the agave syrup and lemon juice, infuse the mint, lemon balm and basil leaves for about 15-20 minutes.
Filter and let cool. Refrigerate and when ready to serve, complete with about 750 ml of sparkling mineral water and ice. Decorate with a few leaves of lemon balm and a few slices of lime or lemon.

Depending on your taste, you can vary this thirst-quenching lemonade also with pineapple sage, lemon thyme or rosemary!
