If well preserved in sealed containers, the extra virgin olive oil remains intact in its organoleptic characteristics (color, flavor, aroma, etc...) for more than 15 months, but over time loses pigmentation, perfume and aroma weaken and the aftertaste becomes more unpleasant.
Cold can be harmful: below 10 degrees centigrade the components begin to solidify, starting from saturated triglycerides. Once the oil has returned to its liquid state, it oxidizes faster. The ideal storage temperature is between 14 ºC and 18 ºC
On our website for each product are indicated the list of ingredients, nutritional information and many other useful information.
Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking code and the courier used to be able to stay updated on the status of your order.
We make deliveries using a shipping management system with the best choice in the required country/state.
For orders of any entity with delivery within the Europe (not Italy) territory the shipping costs are equal to 20 Euro, except promotions.
